The ballerinas run slightly large. We recommend going down half a size from your usual one. 

LOLO uses soft Italian suede, known for being ultra-soft and for its longevity. Always keep suede out of direct sunlight to avoid fading. Use a small brush for maintaining the nap; do not use any polish/cream on the material, nor a wet cloth. If your suede gets wet, let it dry, then give it a brushing, always finish brushing in the direction of the natural grain to maintain its smooth finish.
