As Dante travels through the icy depths of the terrifying Inferno, he meets his mentor, the great Roman poet - Virgil - who uses the power of words to help Dante through the dark wood. The Poet’s Dagger is a tool of strength and perseverance, celebrating the way in which poetry can bring you light and clarity on your life’s journeys.

Alighieri is a collection of jewellery inspired by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’; each piece corresponds to one of the poet’s 100 poems. Founded by Rosh Matani in 2014 with the intention of creating "Modern heirlooms that celebrate the beauty of human imperfection", every piece is handcrafted in London's Hatton Garden by a family-run business through the process of lost-wax casting.
