EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging. We cannot process any returns without the original receipt or proof of purchase.

In case you would like to return a product, please reach out to us stating your order number and ship the package back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Our items are carefully revised before shipping. In case you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at info@misiamadrid.com with pictures and a description of the fault within three business days of receiving your package.

If you are shipping an item over 100€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and you would like to return it, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, not a refund. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
